The brother of the renowned pop star Michael Jackson died on September 16, 2024, at the age of 70. Reports indicate that he suffered a heart attack while en route from New Mexico to Oklahoma.

Born Toriano Adaryll Jackson on October 15, 1953, in Gary, Indiana, Tito was one of ten siblings in the illustrious Jackson family. Together with his brothers, he played a pivotal role in defining the sound of the legendary Jackson 5, which emerged as one of Motown’s most successful acts during the late 1960s and 1970s.

Their memorable tracks, including “I Want You Back,” “ABC,” and “I’ll Be There,” continue to resonate as timeless classics.

Tito was celebrated for his remarkable guitar prowess, and although his brothers often took the spotlight, his contributions to the ensemble’s musical identity were indispensable.

Following the Jackson 5 era, he embarked on a solo career, with his 2016 single “Get It Baby,” featuring rapper Big Daddy Kane, standing out as one of his significant solo achievements.
