Nigerian fashion designer Toyin Lawani has revealed the amount she allocates for her daughter’s monthly rent in a widely shared social media post.
The fashion entrepreneur, whose daughter recently celebrated her 19th birthday, disclosed that she spends approximately N8.2 million each month on her daughter’s accommodation.
Lawani praises parents raising their children in the UK, acknowledging their efforts.
In her post, she contrasted the rental costs in the UK with those in Nigeria, noting that her daughter’s rent exceeds the annual rent of some individuals in Nigeria.
