Hilda Baci has officially unveiled the 13th edition of her Christmas Menu Cooking Class.

This online program, scheduled to take place from November 4 to December 9, 2024, aims to equip women and aspiring chefs with essential culinary skills.

Registration for the class is currently open and will remain available until November 3, 2024, with a participation fee of ₦50,000.

Those interested in joining can register through Chef Hilda Baci’s Instagram account, @myfoodbyhilda.

The extensive curriculum includes over 160 recipes, advanced plating techniques, pricing strategies, and video editing skills, catering to both novice and experienced learners. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certification from Chef Hilda Baci.

To enhance the excitement of this edition, Chef Hilda Baci is offering remarkable prizes, including a brand-new 2018 Hyundai Sonata and a cash prize of ₦10 million.

Moreover, participants will have the opportunity to win various digital and kitchen items to help launch their culinary careers.

Chef Hilda Baci has reiterated her dedication to empowering women through culinary education, stating, “My mission is to foster economic stability and cultivate a new generation of chefs equipped to navigate the food industry.”

She further remarked, “By training women to become economically stable, we can build a better society.”

The Christmas Menu Cooking Class is set to provide an enriching experience, offering participants culinary knowledge, career opportunities, and the chance to win prizes that could propel their culinary journeys.

Reflecting on the growth and influence of her initiative since its launch in 2021, Chef Hilda Baci expressed her enthusiasm for the positive changes it has brought to the lives of numerous women and aspiring chefs.
