"Bobrisky never stayed in prison" – RadioGad exposes crossdresser

Social media influencer Radiogad has asserted that Bobrisky did not serve his jail sentence in prison but instead resided in a comfortable apartment.

Radiogad has subsequently published a video in which he claims that Bobrisky was never incarcerated and was, in fact, living in an apartment.

In the video, he stated, “Bobrisky, the mummy of Lagos, was never in prison. Bobrisky was chilling in an apartment, and while there, he was chatting with me.”

He further remarked, “I don’t usually side with VeryDarkMan, but on this issue, I agree. Bobrisky was never in prison.”

He disclosed that he had previously defended Bobrisky when VeryDarkMan labeled him as transgender, as he is opposed to the oppression of individuals.

Additionally, he criticized Bobrisky for being ungrateful, indicating that Bobrisky had not acknowledged his support on social media.

“I defended him many times, and you all know that. He’s ungrateful, and I have proof—he never went to prison,” Radiogad concluded, presenting a voice note as proof.

Meanwhile, Prominent Nigerian rapper and activist, Folarin Falana, widely recognized as Falz, has asserted that Bobrisky reached out to him solely for financial assistance during his incarceration.

According to Gistlover, Bobrisky was sentenced to three months in prison after admitting guilt to charges of naira mutilation, following his apprehension by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). He was released on August 5, 2024. On September 24, 2024, a well-known self-proclaimed activist and social commentator, Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, disclosed an alleged voice recording of Bobrisky.

In the contentious audio, Bobrisky purportedly claimed that a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and his son, Falz, played a role in persuading the EFCC to withdraw money laundering charges against him during his time in prison.

In response to the backlash that ensued from these claims, Falz, through his legal representatives at Falana & Falana’s Chambers, refuted any communication with Bobrisky while he was incarcerated. He clarified that the cross-dresser had only sought his assistance for a sum of N3 million to bribe officials for the privilege of residing in the VIP section of the Correctional Centre.

In a widely circulated letter on social media, Falz further accused VeryDarkMan of disseminating a reckless statement filled with numerous allegations against him without prior consultation.
